Tax structure:

• Up to INR. 7500, 12% tax applicable,
• INR 7501 and above 18% tax applicable.

Extra Person Policy: 

• Upto 05 years’ child treated as complimentary.
• Child 06 to 11 years, treated as youth INR 750 + GST per kid per night, without any extra mattress.
• 11 years and above, treated as an adult. INR. 1500 + GST per adult will be charged additionally with breakfast & extra mattress per night.
• In any room, we can accommodate 02 adults with 02 kids (up to 11 years) or 03 adults’ maximum.

Pets Policy:

• Pets not Allowed.

Timing of services: 

• Pool Timing: 07:00 hrs. to 19:00hrs
• Echo SPA Timing: 11:00hrs to 21:00hrs
• Salt & Sage Restaurant: 07:30 to 22:30hrs
• In-room-dining: 24hrs. Post 22:30hrs, limited menu available.
• Sundown Vista (Sky Lounge) 11:00hrs to 10:30hrs
• All the above timing is subject to change as per organization requirements & government restrictions.

Terms & Conditions 

• Check-in time is 09:00hrs and Check-out is at 08:00hrs.
• The early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability basis.
• Additional charges may apply as per the check-in and check-out time.
• We strongly recommend that rooms to be reserved and paid for the last night to check-in early, it guarantees early check-in.
• Keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request our foreign national guests to present their passports and valid visa at the time of check-in.
• Indian Nationals can present any one of the following: passport, driving license, Aadhar or voter ID card at the time of check-in.
• The rooms would be allocated based on availability. We don’t confirm the floor, or any specific side of the building.
• In 01 Room we can accommodate a maximum of 02 adults with 02 kids or 03 Adults
• Outside Foods & Hookah are strictly not allowed inside the property or anywhere of the hotel premises. Anybody carrying the same will be charged INR 2500 + GST for the same.
• For GST benefits, kindly share the GST details in revert or prior check-in to get the GST inputs. Post departure, we will be unable to do any modification or update GSTIN.
• Kindly share the Photo-ID (Passport, driving license, Aadhar Card, or Voter ID card) in revert for express check-in post reservation confirmation.

Cancellation / No Show / Retention & Early Departure Charges on Residence Reservations:

• In case of cancellation 15 Days prior to arrival, the booking advance shall be adjusted against any booking within next 30 days.
• Any cancellation there after shall attract 100% retention.
• Booking advance paid towards any reservation is non-refundable.

Guest Profile:

• Unmarried couples are allowed with valid GOVT ID proof.
• Solo Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed without accompanying parents or proper guardians.
• Suitable for children.

Room Safety and Hygiene:

• All rooms are disinfected using disinfectant.
• Linens, towels, and laundry are washed as per local guidelines.
• Rooms are properly sanitized between stays.

Payment Related:

• Credit/debit (Visa/Master/RuPay/Maestro) cards & UPI are accepted.
• AMEX Card is not accepted.

ID Proof Related:

• Passport, Aadhar, Voter ID and Driving License are accepted as ID proof(s).
• Office ID and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s).
• Local IDs are allowed.

Smoking/Alcohol Consumption Rules:

• Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed only in the rooms and strictly not allowed outside the booked room.

Other Rules:

• Allows private parties, Marriage, or events.
• Visitors are allowed in the lobby area only.
